Reiman Aquarium

My first project when I started working at Discovery World. The theme behind the aquarium is inspired by the yearly journey of Discovery World's flagship, the S/V Denis Sullivan from Lake Michigan to the Gulf of Mexico. The wave shape along the wall was meant to mimic the idea of being underwater as you walk through the aquarium. This journey incorporates both fresh and salt water environments and a wide variety of marine life, from jellyfish to muskies. The Aquarium also hosts the Underwater Labs, a submarine-styled exhibit meant to give a more in-depth education on what it takes to live underwater; for both humans and fish.
